- Document the Nike Melbourne Cup. Get into the heads of the young players and learn about their passion. Edit an artistic perspective of the day which inspires and entertains.

- Giuseppe Demaio ( Local Peoples) and Chris Kamen (Photoplay) approached us to shoot and edit a introspective piece for Nike Melbourne.We shot the entire project on Canon 5Ds, and were armed to the teeth with crazy nice lenses. These allowed a shallow depth of field to further heighten the artistic nature of the shoot. We utilized various camera apparatus such as dolly track and a 12 foot crane in addition to time-lapse footage and hand held action.The effort that went in from Local Peoples to create the event space was exhaustive. It was a joy to document the weekend and follow the action. The final edit was an exploration in reflection and intensity picking up on Nike’s catchphrase ‘Write the Future‘. We had a ball putting this one together, and loved working with our good buddies Chris and Pino!
